They will take care of :

• Compiling the file, the mandate, plans, photos, descriptions, inventory, certificates for the surface size, and the asbestos certificates.
  
  
• Advertising for your property, posters, internet, sending the file to our foreign partners ( England, Belgium.....).
  
  
• Informing our clients by post, e-mail or telephone.
  
  
• Negotiating the right price.
  
  
• Drawing up the provisional sales agreement.
  
  
• Administrative and legal assistance with the help of our lawer, the follow up of your file until the final act, the exchange of keys, and the changing of the water and electricity subscriptions..
